Frequently Asked Questions

Please call 267-228-7077 to schedule a tour or go to our home page and click the "Schedule a Tour" button.  We offer virtual tours- You will schedule a date and time, when you arrive at the venue, you will call the provided number, and we will walk you through the venue over the phone. In person tours will require a $30 deposit that will go toward your booking. 

We run specials throughout the year. There is a 20% discount for Nurses and Police Officers. There is a 15% discount for Non-For Profit Events.  

There is a $30 consultation fee to tour the venue. This cost is to assure that you will be present at the scheduled time and date. The $30 will go toward your booking.  

Security is required for some events at our digression and any event that requires an admission fee as well as any Repass that a loved one DID NOT pass due to natural causes (acute/chronic illnesses). Guest must use our security company. 

Street parking is available.

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking that goes toward your total cost.  

3 days prior to the event a refundable $300 deposit is due for any incidentals, which will be released back to you after an inspection is completed.

There are NO DISCOUNTS for shorter time use. Holiday rates may vary.

We adhere to the recommendations of the CDC and state of Pennsylvania. Face Masks are required for those who aren’t seated or eating. Please respect others to reduce the risk and spread of COVID-19.  In the event your event is forced to be rescheduled due to COVID-19, you will receive a 100% credit that you will have to use within a year of your event being cancelled. 

We offer free Bluetooth speakers to our clients. An outside DJ can be present.  The DJ can connect to the sound system for BLUETOOTH Capability. Any damage to floors from equipment will be subjected to “incidental damage” in which your refundable deposit will be forfeited. 

A kitchen is not available. However, outside catering services are welcomed.

We do offer vendors for catering, DJ, security, limo/car services, dessert specialist, wedding planner, décor specialist, photographer, videographer, and 360 photobooth services. Prices vary.

We have no control over weather. There is no partial or full refund for inclement weather. 

No Food will be allowed to be catered for events in the air bnb. No food can be transported from the air bnb to the venue due to safety risk.
